Wheels and Axles
The assembly of axles and wheels is called a wheelset. We manufacture narrow gauge and standard gauge wheelsets for a full range of domestic railcars from high speed cars to field factory railcars and export goods. Our annual production capacity is 10,000 pairs. We also manufacture special wheelsets for measuring vertical and horizontal loads during actual operation.

No fasteners are used in the assembly of the wheelset, the wheelset is installed by means of a tight fit technique, using only the tightening force between the assembled parts. We also have hydraulic press-fit technology that utilizes hydraulic pressure and high-precision dimensional control of assembled parts to achieve smooth assembly.
2. First-class facilities
We have wheel and bearing mounting presses for a wide range of products, as well as runout and balance measuring equipment and roller stands for post-assembly testing.
