Our process advantages

1. We have optimized the chemical composition, hydrogen (H), oxygen (O) content, macro purity, micro purity and other technical indicators of the material, and the material meets the standards of AMS 2304, ASTM E381, ASTM E45, ASTM E112, DIN 50602, SEP 1584 and other standards.

2. We use medium frequency quenching to harden the crankshaft surface, and the hardening depth can reach 8mm.

3. The inner wall roughness of each crankshaft oil hole can reach Ra≤3.2.

4. The straightness of a single journal can be controlled within 0.005mm, and the full-length runout of the crankshaft can be controlled within 0.03-0.08mm.

5. The unique journal surface polishing process can make the crankshaft oil hole opening and journal surface roughness reach Ra0.2μm.
