Wheels
* Forged wheels
* Diameter: 450mm to 1300mm.
* Noise reduction: up to 4 dB(A) - operating noise. Noise TSI - Decision 2012/464/UE.
*Grade: Class A, Class B, Class B HD, ER6, ER7, ER8, R2N, R9TD.
Axles
* Mounting diameter: 136 mm to 250 mm.
* Production method: rolled axle (forging reduction > 4) or forged axle (reduction > 3)
* Type of surface treatment: blank, machined or equipped with accessories (roller bearings, bearing housings, gears, current circuits, tone wheels, etc.).
* Available in rough or finish versions
Wheel sets
* Assembly: press fit or hot fit.
* Diameter: 750 mm to 1050 mm.
* Axle box installation: Installation of roller bearings and axle box. Install axle box equipment (tone wheel, etc.).
* Test: Press fit curve. Resistivity. dynamic equilibrium. EWT traceability (freight axle).
