Roller Bearing Adapters and Shear Pads
A primary suspension system designed to provide passive steering performance. Roller bearing adapters utilize a single layer of rubber bonded between two steel plates and positioned above the bearing adapters, allowing radial alignment of the wheelset during bending, reducing rolling resistance and increasing rail and wheel life.
