INTRODUCE :
Kingrail Parts has been fully producing locomotive wheels since 2007. Using our long -tested design, the casting tolerance to the locomotive wheels we produce is very small, which has a better balance than most steel wheels. This balance helps the greatest traction, smooth driving and longer wheel life.
All Kingrail Parts diesel wheels have witnessed grooves, so re -contour operations will better produce tapes on the entire locomotive.

Diesel wheels are:
KR40-41 "diameter, 3.0" rim
KD42-42 "diameter, 2.5" rim
KA43-43 "diameter, 3.0" rim
We can customize train wheels according to customers' specifications and requirements.
Manufacturing process:
Drawing → mold production → blank casting → sand spray → rough processing or precision processing → surface treatment → product inspection → delivery → delivery
