Resilient Railway Wheels
INTRODUCE :
The resilient railway wheels can significantly reduce noise and vibration by using rubber between the inner and outer metal wheels.
The resilient railway wheels produced by Kingrail Parts can also reduce operating costs. This is because their elastic properties prevents unnecessary wear and tear on the wheels and rails.
SPECIFICATIONS :
We mainly produce three main types of elastic wheels:
1. Glue the rubber disc
Typically used in pure shear, provides good deflection for small loads (<35KN), low speed applications (<50km/hr).
2. Pre-compressed rubber ring
3. Rubber block-Can be used for pure compression, providing small deflection (<0.8mm) for high frequencies, higher speed applications.
