Type: Cast Wheel, Forged Wheel.
1) Material: 60#, 65#, 65Mn, 42CrMoA
2) Heat treatment: quenching and tempering, high frequency quenching, carburizing and quenching, etc.
3) Hardness of steel strip surface and rim quenching: HRC45-55
4) Rim surface and rim quenching depth: 15-18mm
5) Processing wheel diameter: Φ300-2000mm
6) Can provide accurate measurement and surface finish
